I have a very small disk (My laptop only has a 32GB SSD drive) and need to get as much back as possible. FFH is the only game I play so I have removed all the other mods already.

What else can I remove?
Where are the movies stored and maybe even the sound files.

Cheers

I'm not sure there is much you CAN remove. The majority of what isn't needed isn't there. That stuff is placed in the Media Pack.

If you are comfortable with editing the XML you could go through and remove references to a large chunk of sound files and the few videos which are in the game without the media pack, then pluck them out individually. But I have a feeling that the PAK file is compressed well enough that you wouldn't gain anything from it unless you were able to form a new PAK file with just the parts you want to keep once you finished trimming it down.

EDIT: If you have Warlords AND BtS installed, you could uninstall both of them, then re-install just BtS to cut back on some space. (Can't just remove Warlords though, since that takes some files which BtS didn't install after detecting that you have Warlords)

I believe that BtS will basically reinstall all of warlords except the scenarios; you could just delete those manually.

Yep, I already deleted all the non essential mods (ffh) and the unused scenario's.
I think it is not going to get much smaller unless I do as xienwolf suggests with the pak files.

anyway thanks... :)

You could spend the $50 it costs to get a 200 gb drive. SSD drives aren't worth the cost really. For the cost of 1 ssd drive you can get a full Raid 5 set that is much better and more secure.

Another alternative is a very large external non-powered USB drive. I have a 6-Gig that I got about a year ago that fits in the palm of my hand with my fist closed, so I imagine by now there MUST be at least a 10 Gig that can fit in your laptop case snugly. Load FfH on that and run it via USB
