How to retrieve the ID or Type of improvement under construction ?

Hi friends,
I'm busy making a mod and need to retrieve the ID or type of under construction improvement.
When I use pPlot:GetImprovementType() it returns -1.

There are also these Events.SerialEventImprovementCreated, g_iCreateImprovementType gives me wrong ID.

So if anyone knows the solution, I'm listening.

If a worker is actively building an improvement you can use unit:GetBuildType()
