How to see opponents' moves in hotseat/PBEM?

Is it possible to see what the other player did during his/her move? (Has someone written a separate program that records movements, perhaps?) Thank you for your time and answers!

In hotseat and PBEM, only the last human to go will see moves / barbarians. It's etiquette in a PBEM to record any important stuff in the interturn by the last player (wonder completions, AIs declaring war, etc) as well as battle logs. There is no program to do that as far as I know.
