# How to spend all builder charges on districts?

No, 8 charges should give 16%, but that consumes the unit so you won't have a builder with 7 charges afterwards

You know, I've never actually used this ability. This would explain a lot. So what it should say is

"This consumes all charges of the Builder, for 2% production per charge"

@Atlas627 - Sorry, I misread what you wrote. criZp is correct in that the all charges are consumed. For some reason I was thinking you were referring to separate Builders with fewer charges. lol

My understanding was it works like China’s builders as in I have 8 charges which gives 16%.
I then have a 30% modifier which is 30% of 16% which is 4.8% so a single builder expended in a single turn will then complete 20.8% of the project. The additional% are added and then applied to the 16%.
I have not check civtrader6 spreadsheet but if it shows something different I would go with what he says... but that is the logic I understand.
