Not sure where to ask this question, since it's a general civ4 question.

Loving this mod btw.

Anyways, question is how do I stack units of different types together?

For example, I have a huge stack of various different units in group A and I want to select only the units I want to move to group B, without having to move them one by one.

Hopefully that made sense.

Thanks in advance.

Bonus question: How stable are is SVN version of this mod? Thinking of giving it a try.

Use Shift+Control to stack a group of archers with a group of flailmen for example or just Control to select only one unit type.

Depends, in general it is better than the download version but since it is the beta if a modder has a bad day it could be unplayable. Usually it is only out for a short time however.

It is suggested that you keep a back up of the current version before you update to the latest just in case this happens.

Lets say, I have 8 archers and 8 flailmen but only want to move 5 of each, is there a way I can group them together first and then move them, instead of having to move each one individually?

I saw some one do this on a lets play a while ago and I have no clue how he did it.

Yeah I keep got a ton of CTDs with the downloaded version at the beginning of the game, running pretty smoothly now.

I'll go ahead and check the svn version out after I'm done with this campaign... my roman empire is looking strong.

Imaginary reps for all :goodjob:

Make sure all units are not grouped. Then select one unit of the 5 of each you want in the new group. Then hold shift and select the units you want to add to that group. Once all the ones you want are selected you can move them all together as one. If you select a unit you didn't intend to select you can simply keep holding shift and select that unit again to remove it from the group you're forming.

Awesome man :goodjob: it worked.

Much easier to manage these huge stacks this way.
