How to troubleshoot a crash?

How to troubleshoot a crash? My game crashes repeatedly, usually within the first 20 turns. It seems to happen immediately after I click "next turn". I have disabled all mods and scenarios. Deleted the cache, verified the files in steam. I don't see any errors in my log files that indicate anything wrong.

Where do I go from here?
