How to turn off multiple production/research ?

Once it was possible in game setup screen, but now the option is hidden and in all those bug menus there's also no such option.

You can do it directly in the xml (gameoptionsinfo.xml)... just change those options either to off by default or on for visibility so you can see the option and set it at game setup.

It's simpler to control ones production, research without the multiple production/research, especially if playing a quick game.

No, but you can do that through the world builder. There's a way to change options there (though it CAN introduce some bugs with some option changes mid-game.) The XML would not need to be modified to do this at all though.

Don't know that you can. If you're talking a hotseat game you probably don't have an option.
