Huge TSL Earth map that works with Vox Populai?

I've read the Ynamp TSL earth maps are supposed to work if one does not check the resource boxes in set-up, but I don't get any resources with them. They worked for me at one point in the distant past I'm pretty sure, but not now. I know that Cookie's Giant Earth map is said to work, but I can't get that to show up in my list of maps even after having loaded it as a mod. I loaded many other real Earth maps but I don't get either resources or true start locations with them. Can anyone suggest another option please? Thanks.

Actually, I was able to make the Ynamp mod maps work with Vox Populai after all. Never-the-less, if anyone can recommend some other TSL huge earth maps that work with or better yet are specifically designed for Vox Populai, please do recommend here. Thanks again.

I'm not aware of one. Ynaemp is the one referenced by custom civs iirc

lol I did not edit the other maps. Cookie TSL map I have been edited to fit Vox Populi more.

Thanks Glassmange. I saw the Complete TSL Experience too and look forward to trying it at some point soon. I also understand that I have to import the Cookie map into Ynaemp to make it work.

Let me ask, if you don't mind explaining, why do simple map only scenarios with true starting locations cause Vox Populai to crash on load? Is there anything that can be done to make them work? I would really like to use a TSL earth map that has real resource placement. The TSL Ynaemp maps work with Vox Populai, but they don't have real resource placement. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

The Cookie map is already replaced the Giant Map in my modpack. You don't need to download the Cookie map from Steam.

You can't use resource replacement option because that is a mapscript from TSL YNAEMP mod. Vox Populi already has a resource placement script so both of them turned on at the same time will conflict and game will crash. I think you just have to make the compromise to NOT turn on the resource options at this point if you play with Vox Populi, unless someone can combine the 2 scripts together.
