Hungary is Pretty Awesome

Yep, like I said, pretty flexible.

Imagine a leader whose goals weren't oriented around war, but culture or science. Be pretty easy to plant a leader like Rudolf II with his "Cabinet of Curiosities" and have a Hungary that plays entirely differently.

Yeah, I used the CS ability to get two nearby neighbors via "you attacked a city state" emergency, but then changed gears to go heavy science and factories for the spaceship win. Those expensive top tier buildings are suddenly much more worth it.

Hungary is super fun! Everything from the Black Army's design to the music and the palace just give it such a unique feel. And playing against Matty is fun too.

They're one of those civ's that would do fine with alternate leader with a completely different focus. Perhaps they'll get one.

I'd love to see them get Maria Theresa as a joint leader with Germany. If she had the same ability as in Civ 5 it would a fun contrast to both Matty and Barby's abilities.

Everyone likes that ability Austria and Venice had, but it was always more fun than prudent to buy a city-state. As cities, they're often nothing to write home about. Now that we can flip cities with Loyalty, I would rather have an ability where tributary CS's exert loyalty pressure based on how many envoys you have in them.
