i don't like this unique building. i don't see the point in giving gold and culture benefits with a military building. wherever i built those in my game i NEVER needed acquiring new tiles because my city has to be big enough to produce units and by the time i need a krepost my city already has a lot of tiles thx to my monument... just stupid.

I really like it. Early kreposts + heroic epic works quite well with those extra hammers from strategic resources. Can expand borders much more quickly as if my cities were cultural focussed while warmongering. After fully expanding borders I'd just sell them if it's not placed in a production city for extra gold.

Its benefits change whether you'd build the building or not, adding strategy. This is considered a BAD thing how?
