I am calling their techsupport right now, for the fifth time. I got a guy the first time, and he hung up on me once I asked a question about Civ 4. The second, third, and fourth times, I have sit through the "hold the line" musak that plays the same song in a loop, and it hangs up on me.

Actually, they just hung up again. While I was writing this post. These jokers are so inept. I am writing an email to their PR department, and I'm about to call Corporate. This is a goddamned shellgame.

I've emailed a couple about the buggy state of the game, including some links back here - perhaps they might issue some sort of statement, or even better, a fix(!), if they realised how bad things were.
