I'm at 1.17f. I've been playing on Regent for the first time lately, and something is happening that doesn't make sense, and it's getting on my nerves.
I lay down my capital, dispatch a couple of workers, and start improving the terrain. All of a sudden, my city stops growing at 6, even though it's on a river tile. I check the city screen and it says there is no more growth.
So, I look at the grassland tiles I've irrigated, and they're only yielding 2 food. They should be yielding 3, since they're irrigated, yes?
And once, I even built my city on a grassland/wheat tile, and it still only yielded 2 food.
What is going on?
