i m wonder about the worldbuilder "stored data"

can i edit a new civilization is spawned next turn ?

how can i do that ?

if i d like to spawn greece and italy in next turn...

now i m playing scenario 1700 and they are not there

The StoredData edtor only allows you to change some memorized values. The spawn of a civ is not a memorized value and cannot be changed in the editor.

Is there a reason why you want to create a civ in this way? From the editor, you can just bring it to life by granting them control of cities etc.
