So, here it goes. All you need to do is to move "Varietas Delectat", "Ethnic citystyles" to your Rom/assets/modules folder, then copy CD_v1.1.FPK,EthnicCitystyles_v1.04.FPK, VarietasDelectat_v5.1.FPK files from either your VD folder or VD archive to Rom/assets folder and replace file named VD_CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml in Rom/assets/modules/Varietas Delectat/XML/UnitArtStyles&CivInfos with following attachment. I dunno why, but the mod runs much faster for me after this merge 
PS. In case you see some leaderhead weirdness - go to this file and remove all non-basic leaderhead strings.
