Ok, i just got tired and frustated of Civ4, the loading time is way too much

but the gameplay is nice, ia there any civ3 mod which use exactly the same civ4 gameplay?, with different leaders per nation? thanks

You can add new leaderheads and many other things to Civ3, but I'm not sure how much it can be made to be more like Civ4. You might start a thread in the Creation & Customization forum about that.

civ3 is MUCH better than civ4, even if the graphics are not quite as good...
