One fine day I was playing as the americans! It was modern times. Then out of nowhere the Brits decide to attack me! I had a regular spearman defending Boston. The attacked with an army of modern armor 4 elite units in there all at fulll health! THE SPEARMEN WON WITH NO DAMAGE!

I now believe in god!

Heh, I have lost an Army of Elite Cavalries (4, full health) to a Infantry before. But after that another 3 Cavalry take out 3 Infantry in a row.

I lost a full health Elite Modern Armor(Ill just call them Advanced Tanks) Army (with the Pentogon) to a warrior when I attacked it!!! I was so pissed that I had my 3 out of my now 4 Advanced Tank Army's come in there and killed that Civ(no really I imagined My German Advanced Tanks counqering and then destroying(plus killing the population of) Egyptian cities.).

When i lose a battle which i could win, sometimes i reload the game, wait for 1 turn and try again. I always win with this tactic.

I Sometimes do that, and before you ask, The AI, sometimes gets this benifit just less than i do

oops I forgot to mention that it was defending a Plain Not across a river and boston was at population 2 (I only built there for the Iron) As for the Brits I allied with them took on the world and won with a domination victory

It's possible, but odds are he is not telling the truth. I at least attacked the pikemrn across a river into a city.

Ah, I had some things like this too. One time a Spearman defeat my Tank, AND HE WAS REDLINED! CAN YOU IMAGINE WOOD (OR IRON) POINTED STICKS DESTROYING TANKS? That's worse than Civ2's ship-destroyer's Phalanx.
