Oh, hi. That's me (despite the different username). Thanks nokmirt, I really appreciate it! :goodjob:
So this is pretty much my delurk post after 9 years of reading CivFanatics forums. :scared::hide:

The funny thing is, I had a much more peaceful / economic oriented style before I started LP'ing, it was recording that turned me into a warmonger for some reason. (I'm even already thinking about doing always war LP after I finish this game  )

Anyhow, the start of the game was a bit :smoke: since I wanted to jump straight into the expansion asap, and then realized I'm not going to record myself reading civilopedia, haha.

That's it for now I suppose, I'll appreciate any and all constructive feedback! And I guess this means I have to stay here now! :trouble:

Well, welcome to the club AdamF. :) You'll have a great time here at civ fanatics. Sorry for bringing you out in the open. :mischief: :D It was for a good cause though. I've been watching your vids for awhile, so I thought I would share them. Your easy to listen too, and always seem calm, cool, and collected.

As far as wanting to play GnK right away, so did I. Well, so did everyone. You kinda learn on the fly. Your game has been interesting. You have a lot of desert tiles, but enough rivers to make up for it. Even though you did not get the desert tile faith bonus, you still have a nice chance for Petra. This will help a lot in the long run. I wonder how far away your closest neighbor is? I believe the warrior I saw was from Babylon, if I am not mistaken. Anyway take care and welcome, and I will be looking forward to your next part. :)

Yes, I am about to watch part 12. I just got done with 11. I have fallen behind on the videos, trying to learn how to add units to the game. Anyway, the Russians in your game have a small pop, which means not many cities. I find it strange that the Russians don't seem to expand much in GnK. I have noticed this in a few of my games. You'd figure they would be bigtime city spammers.

Like me AdamF, you are always looking for the next war.

Cool, I will watch this when I get home.
I am in the middle of a game as Attila so this is interesting.

Can you add the overall score (in the game options) to the right?
Some people don't like it, so if that is your case, no problem, but I always find it easier to keep track of LPs with that.

Indeed, although they do actually hold #1 spot in Land category in my game right now (but last spot in population...).

Haha yeah, peace seems so boring now. :D

Will do !

Ok, in my game what happens to Russia, now that I think about it, is that they get boxed in between Germany, the Mongols, and the Huns. I play on Sven' large Europe map. If the Russians win wars and beat them back, she'll expand.

In my first game of GnK Russia was boxed in on a peninsula. Later, I found out she settled cities on some islands. So, I spoke too soon.

I watched the first ones yesterday.
Man, you are going to war with Scouts, and it works well, this is awesome.

Too bad you couldn't try the battering ram. I agree that it is totally useless against other units but it really destroys cities in the early game. And unlike other siege weapons, they can take cities themselves. I rolled on the Aztecs with mine.
(1 battering ram + 1 meatshield warrior = city destroyed in 2 turns)

Thanks for pointing us to that LP, nokmirt :) I haven't seen a Hunnic LP yet. And this one is done by a fellow Pole, can't mistake that accent with another nationality :D

Adam - propsy za ciekawą grę :) zasubskrybowałem kanał i czekam na więcej.

No problem. I am always looking for the next part.

Man, your second city has 4!!! hammers in turn 124. You seem to vehemently refuse to make your cities produce anything.

Wow, but your capitals surrounding is improofed, as if it had 20 pop

other than that, highly entertaining.
