I would like to suggest this GnK video LP.

Longest part EU (just over 1 hour) is currently processing on YouTube. >_>
Edit: Civ 5 Gods and Kings - Part 37

Lol :D
I'm just awful at coming up with cool names, and this was an account I made on cfc almost 10 years ago, so I was sort of like... "screw this, I'm going with my real name"

 I'd do the same, but telling people my real name, Eggbert, would just give them an excuse to make fun of me.

Nice part it went by super fast.

Build a battleship group with a destroyer or two and take Moscow. About 4 battleships, 2-3 destroyers, a couple of subs, and maybe a carrier with 2 fighters (perhaps even jet fighters) and a bomber for air support. Also, a couple of land units to hold Moscow after you take it. The Russians I am sure have a fleet, but you can surprise them. Your ecomony is rolling right along now. You have some turns before that golden age is over. Its time to put your aces down on the table my friend, and win the game. I posted this on youtube as well, not sure whether you will read it here or there.

Even if you get a basic naval force force to invade the Russians from the sea, you can potentially shorten the game. The Austrians and the Mongols have no chance to stop you. Russia will have a fleet though. At least they did earlier in the game. My proposal would be quite a gamble, which could turn into quite a sea battle, but you have to take risks in war. Right? ;)

About Russia comment - yea, I'm building up my navy to attack Moscow from the sea.

Edit: The next part is done processing:
Civ 5 Gods and Kings - Part 38

Anyhow... it looks like Byzantines are going for diplomatic victory, and the only way I can prevent them from out-bribing me, is getting as many city states allied with me as possible, and then declaring war on em, so that all the city states allied with me declare war as well... otherwise they are most likely going to win the UN vote. (Edit: I'm getting a bit ahead of myself, since you can't actually see the UN in part 38 yet, it's going to be in part 39 I just finished recording, that will be going up tomorrow - it's 1 hour long as well, so I need time to render and upload it).

P.S. There's at least one rather unexpected... development, in part 38, but I'm not going to spoil it here. ;)

P.P.S. I'm going to try finishing this particular game in the next week or so.

Well whatever happens, I know it will be interesting. I'll watch part 38 later on today and let you know what I think. Thanks for posting. :)

Ok, I have all 3 parts downloaded. Coffee is made, let me take a look.

Wow! This part 38 is really quite dramatic.

I am afraid you just have to try to bribe city states. Try to get the ones that are least expensive. You may have to finish the Mongols and attack the Byzantines. Like you said though that is not going to happen at this point in the game.

In the meantime, hopefully, you can delay the Byzantines for ten more turns. Then you will be DoWing the Russians. Stupid Ghandi is annoying, not giving up open borders. When you invaded them earlier in the game, for some reason, I knew you should have taken a couple of his port cities, on that side of the island. It would be nice to get as close to Moscow as possible. But oh well, saving time is the best way, early in the game.

Poor Athens got nuked twice. The AI could have destroyed your whole army either time. You've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well, do ya punk? Man that AI just can't give itself a break, can it? Unbelievable

Let's see what happens next. I can't wait Marbozir. :)

The final part is now finished and uploaded! (this one is a bit short compared to the others)
Civ 5 Gods and Kings - Part 43

So now when this particular game is done, I can definitely say - it was a lot of fun!
I could've done a few things better, no real doubt about that, but the important part for me was that it stayed exciting until the very end. Some games at the end turn into just waiting for the victory, that definitely wasn't the case here.

Wow that was a great game.

I sent a suggestion for your next LP on youtube. Remember the new patch will be out upcoming as well. Hopefully there will be a brand new DLC with it.
