Which of these two is better? I only have time to read one of them, I'm going on a mountain hike and I'll spend a whole day at base camp getting prepared, so I'll have a lot of free time. Anyway, which of these two books should I read?

One Flew Over the ****oo's Nest

or

Catch-22.

Thank you for helping me out. I'll eventually read the other one in the future when I have the spare time.

Both are excellent, read both.

If your going on a trip I'd recomend you read something light that'll put you in a positive mood, I'm not sure either of these books would, but then I've never read them(seen the movies though, which makes me a pleb I guess ;)) Read Don Quixote that's fun and it's about a knight errant(wandering knight) or more correctly wandering lunatic with delusions of grandeur, it's quite amusing and in keeping with a traveler. It's a big book as well so if you have alot of spare time it's ideal.

Ahh, read Catch-22. I just finished it a couple of days ago, and it is now my favorite or second favorite book. I would recommend it highly. And, later, if you haven't read them already, read In Cold Blood, 1984, and Lolita, by Capote, Orwell, and Nabokov, respectively.

Neither, read Ender's Game.

Catch 22 is way funnier, that's for sure.

my vote is for catch-22, very enjoyable book.

I haven't read One Flew Over the ****oo's Nest, so I can't say much for it, but I read Catch-22 earlier this year and it was absolutely brilliant. I'd completely recommend it to you.
