Idea for a new Unique Feature

What about a two way portal between two continents/faraway regions? I can imagine it looking somewhat like the Portal to the Underground on both entrances. There could be some kind of risk assigned to using it, maybe like the effects of lairs, but limited so that the main effect is still the portal.

@zup: that's intended. a negative promotion to balance out the possible positive one
