Idea for Mod to choose Faction's color like loadout?

    While I personally think this suggestion would have little chance as Firaxis build-in feature. It is an interesting mod for anyone to try their hand on. Sure, changing color IMO is one of relatively easy thing to do with XML. But someone gonna want it handed in a plate for them, it might mean a lot of people, actually.

    That's probably impossible.

    The Colors and the color-associations of the Civilizations are in XML-Tables that you can't change dynamically and the whole Process of assigning Colors to Civilizations is handled in the Core-Part of the Code that is not accessible.
