Um, looking back at the first/last page of this forum I think that Toecutter is a person who is on perm ban and keeps on poping up with new user names.

He use to, but we sent Lefty back in time to 'take care of him' and that ended the cycle.

I got a 3 week ban for my first offense(posting a photoshop that had part of a vile picture)... I don't plan on pulling a stunt like that anytime soon.. it was terrifying in the mod torture room! of course accidently copying and pasting the wrong picture link can cause many horrors...
