Basically above, similar to one of the suzerain abilities of a city state in CIV VI that I've forgotten. Its always annoyed me that the east india company is a wonder that gives benefits not under your control, especially as not many AI's seem to trade with my CAP.

Anyway: What do people think? Plus, anyone know how feasible is this to mod?
