Just a quick post here...I have a few ideas for some new Civs...not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here we go...

Florida
Techs: Mining and The Wheel
Leader: Henry Flagler (Industrious and Financial) Favors Beurocracy or Free Market
Unique Unit:???
Flag: Florida Flag

The Sioux
Leader: Sitting Bull (Aggressive and Spiritual) Favors Vassalage or Police State
Techs: Hunting and Fishing
Unique Unit: Lakota Warrior
Flag: ???

Cuba
Leader: Fidel Castro (Aggressive, Organized) Favors State Property
Techs: Hunting and The Wheel
Unique Unit: Revolutionary???
Flag: Cuban Flag

I think at least the Sioux and Cuba are included in one mod or another.
