I have no policy in place that should impact this. And I can't find a wonder that does this... arg, the bonuses in this game are hard to keep track of. Anyway it says if I build a bank I'll get +8 when +6 is the bonus I was expecting.
The civopedia says +6... but all the tooltips are +2 and so is the math when i check it.
I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have any clues as to where I can look to track down why I am getting +2 on this?
NVM I am an IDIOT... City State modifiers... got it... omfg... if only the game would just track this and show me...
