When you go in a revolution. And your still in Anarchy. Try to press the button you pressed to go into Anarchy. The advisor says:

"We are already in a Revolution!

Did you take your medication yet?"

As much as I love the unit voices in Blizzard games, even after hearing them for the 1,000th time, I'm not really interested in the civ unit voices (funny or otherwise) since it just doesn't feel like civ. Funny dipolmats and advisors, on the other hand, I'd love to see more of.
