Ok, that does it. I can't play Civ4 normally. Now even after ~15min loading it crashes and i need to load again
I could think of just one solution....

Can some merciful fellow donate a bit of ram for me ? If some of u have some spare ram, of course...

I'd be very thankful

And don't start to tell me to go to work or sth, 'couse i'm studying and i don't have enough time to work and actually, by school's rules i'm not allowed to work while studying

I am sure you would be thankful. But seriously, I would not expect anyone would have "extra ram" for you. Ram is not that expensive today.

Try clearing out your cache, it may help. It did for me.

Crash,

I think your system is probably not the problem. My Civ4 crashes very frequently and I have 1GB RAM. Still trying to get the issue resolved.
