If some small, tech challanged civ attacked and succsessfully killed two or three of the defenders of your capital or largest city what would be you response??????<br />Mine would be to take and occupy some of their PORT cities and maybe their capital

In a GAME, I would conquer them...but games are for entertainment. But what about a situation where a couple of barbarians who happened to spawn in a smaller civs territory attacked your capital? Would you then declare war on that civ because those barbs happened to come from there?

Using a game as a model for responses for modern-day terrorism is not acceptable at any rate.

I was going to close it originally. However, on the VERY small chance that it was a genuine enquiry, I moved it instead. As a moderator I have to make allowances for all sorts of posters <img src="rolleyes.gif" border="0"> and sometimes you have to wait a while and check instead of shooting from the hip.

We can close it now. I'll notify Smash and Thunderfall as I can't do it myself in this forum.

I think it was ok as in civ you may suffer such an attack.Perhaps they get a settler or a caravan.You are angered and quietly vow to remember and return the favor at a time suitable to you.In the mean time,you continue forward with your civs development.You don't totally re-organize your plans.You will not be sucked into their plot.

In real life the price is much,much higher than a settler unit.But the idea is the same.You go forward.

I close it up though.
