Iifa, the Great Tree of Life

Well, this is yet another wonder from the Final Fantasy series, Number IX to be exact. The Iifa tree is a giant tree growing where the planet's life force is extremely strong. It is also, thanks to a parasite growing on its roots for the past 1000 years, was the source of a dangerous substance known as "mist."

This could be used in any number of fantasy/sci-fi scenarios to represent Ygdrassil or some other giant life-bearing tree. Note that the "saplings" in the foreground and "hills" in the background are full-grown trees and a nearly impassible mountain range near the dwarven city of Cone Petie (as a matter of fact, the Cone Petie pass is the only route through the mountains for those travelling by land).

Anyways, the preview contains ALL the wonder splash, Pedia Icons and Bld_large and Bld_Small images. Yes, I can take a hint.

Thanks! I kinda had a feeling that you might have a use for this sucker. I'm glad you guys like it. I'm sorry I haven't been very quick to respond, but I'm up to my ears with my Airship unit right now (I'm in the middle of rendering the default animation, so I have a little time for other stuff).

I don't know when or what my next building project is going to be. Currently, my next project is another unit: the Sister Ray from Final Fantasy VII The Makou Cannon, or Sister Ray was a RRBFG that had a range of several thousand miles and looked really, really cool.
