Immediate DOW after Peace signed!?

Up to date game with all DLC: I made a simple 10 turn peace treaty with Monty only to have him declare war again the very next turn. Are we not both locked into 10 turns?

You should indeed both be locked into 10 turns. Could you attach a savegame so this can be confirmed?

Had the same thing in a game with Russia. I wanted to sign a peace treaty to save a CS from russian army.
Evey time i signed the treaty next round she would declare war. Happend 3-4 times.
