Part 3 not sure if I screwed this up:

I used an engineer from the mids to make TGL in Cap. I DOWed Kahn and took his capital and the one just east of there. Won a few wonders as a result. (Gardens, Paya). I accepted peace 2 turns ago, but Shaka just went into WHEOOHs last turn. I'm obviously gonna be the target.

Assuming I can hold shaka off, i'll be in good shape. Liberalism seems a lock, as I have education and Orange doesn't have Philo or edu.

It may be time to switch to FR. And I don't think I've kept up on relations as well as I should have. I just now got sailing and traded maps to the Orange man: that helped a ton with commerce, and I should have done that sooner.
