The below cat was seen today on the 101st floor of a New Francisco high-rise today. The NCR Rangers were called in to take the threat out. The cat's body was taken to Stanford for study. On the cat's gun was the emblem of the Malaysian Ninja Clan!

Investigators report that the sniper cat was aiming for the offices of CEO of the Great Northern Import/Export Company. What this has in connection with the Ninja Clan is as of yet unknown, but the NCR National Police continue to investigate. The incident has triggered national outrage.
