Latino Nation's Prime Minister: While that goal may be your own personal goal, the recruitment message for the AJA group, which just happens to be the only public information on the group, since the group is private states that:
I see nothing in there that focuses on disposing a particular leader and everything in there that speaks of the systematic elimination of an entire race and the partitioning of all of their lands.
As you said, your interests do not lie in claiming the land, but the basis on which the group was formed do focus on claiming the land, so, whatever your personal desires and goals are, the group's stated goals reflect genocide and complete territorial annexation.
That is why I suggest that the group be disbanded and that if one insists on having a war-planning group, one do so with a different goal in mind, such as the one that you suggested, of using war to attempt to encourage a change in the leadership of said country. However, beware of that goal, too, as you easily saw how willing the player controlling Japan was in terms of changing their government and/or leadership--forming a group for such a goal may be a lot more work than simply providing a very clearly-stated request to the player in question to make a change in the way that their country is run.
