Impossible to get modern naval fighter/F-18?

I noticed in the tech tree both the modern naval fighter and the modern fighter require guidance but that requires modern warefare which unlocks the stealth fighter which winds up superceding both the modern naval fighter and modern fighter. Is this fixed in 3.0?

Good catch, I've changed it on the SVN to require Laser now instead of Guided Weapons.

P.S. I think there is a similar issue between the SAM infantry and Mobile SAM as well.

EDIT: Somehow it didn't take for V31. Someone please enact that change.

By issue I mean that once you unlock the mobile SAM you can't get the SAM infantry anymore. Is that supposed to happen? I ask because having SAM infantry makes it harder for choppers to simply counter with anti-vehicle promotions. I think that maybe make both require guided weapons and then have both available on the city build menu.

EDIT/Note: now up to V31 as of this post.

Found the problem. The requirements are not synced with the pictures shown in the civopedia. As a side note the assets and modifiers notice does not always come up so I have to do cntrl-shft-T
