Improving my game re mods, advice sought.

Ok all, im not new to mods on games, but very new to Civ5 mods. Please understand I dont know the terminology for Civ 5 yet, so telling me to install VTTYY mod is a waste of time, I wont have a clue what it is when im searching for names in the mods listings hehe

I currently have the below mods installed-

Civ Willard v.1
Unofficial patch and Vanillia enhanced, ver 122


Are there any other 'must have' mods to improve the game that I dont know of, indeed are there better versions of the above mods etc?

Any advice is much appreciated.
