I notice that some people sometimes post screens of their games in the forums, but is there a hotkey in civ III to do this and if so which folder will i find it in if i take one?

Use the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. That takes a snapshot of your desktop and copies it to Window's clipboard. Open up your favorite graphics editor and paste the image. Voila!

If you don't have a favorite graphics program, try downloading 20/20 from cNet.

In the interests of conserving server space and for quick download times, I strongly suggest you convert any screen images to a compact format such as jpeg (jpg) before posting. Also, use your image editing program to cut out the portion of the screenshot of interest and make that smaller image the one you post.

It's really annoying to see huge images in which most of the screen real estate is not of interest.

Refer also to the "Important Announcement" by Thunderfall at the top of the threads list for some more info.

(Jeez, I'm sounding like a moderator, sorry!)

Damn too late (see GOTM spoiler thread)

Although i did convert it to a jpeg format
