I took aluka's image and cropped it with an oval to make our seal.



When I added it to The Council's treaty (April 26, 2007) I was able to stretch the image and make it round. I can duplicate that, but I can't get just our seal into a separate image.

Perhaps someone with better Paint and Photoshop skills can make for us a rounded image with no white space. That seems to be beyond my abilities.
