We could make a request, or I could modify the Inti Warrior, depending on what we need.

Resources: they are simple, draw what you need (I use a 3D program), and then paste it into the next square. Sounds simple, try drawing something at the pixel level... I'll do potato, and tomato, and maybe cotton (maybe not), do you want peanut and cotton? If you don't want to make resources, that's fine, and I'll just make them all (it's really no problem).

Yes, we should definately make it as good as possible.

Any program that can edit a PCX, I use photoshop.

Yes, it's the soap-opera. Kubanacan, misterioso pais del amor... Do you see it(I've noticed you're Brazilian since your location is Rio, which, by the way, is where I live too)?

You can use any version. Just search for "Photoshop Demo" and download the newest version. I use 5.0, limited edition, but they now have 7.0, so the odds of you getting 5.0 are extremely low. I'll find a demo for you by sometime tommorow morning though.

I updated the unit chart . I decided that it would probably be a good idea to have a defensive unit for the Incan Rebels farther along their tech path, so I put in the Eagle Warrior. If you really abject Boreas, and strongly think it should not be there, I will remove it.
