Inca's settler unit has a llama

Also some orient people have a sort of buffalo leading their settlers..

Nice to get these ethnic diversity to graphs, I REALLY hope they would do three-four graphic sets to military units and workers too.

I agree: ethnic diversity was one thing I was keen on adding to Civ IV with all the great unit artwork on this site.

It's a shame they stopped at cities and settlers in Civ V. I'd also like to see ethnic diversity in military units.

The Danish longboats and Polynesian catamarans are nice extras.

The Aztecs have llamas, too, but, as that's who I normally play as, I hadn't given it too much thought.

Have you seen the RED mod?

Its a work in progress, but as the modders covert civ4 units to civ5, they get added. Someday, every civ will look truly unique.

Aztecs have camels if I recall.... Maybe wasn't paying that much attention

There is diversity but I would still like to see more, the early units in Civ 4 looked Aztec (although this just could've been that Rhyes and Fall mod which I played exclusively) but in an unmodded game the citystyle was European, Civ 5 has Mesoamerican citystyle but the units look more european except for the UU

And maybe I haven't been paying that sharp attention but are the citstyles for the Americas and Africa the same?
