A lot of People have been arguing that ICS could be stopped by making the unhappiness from number of cities increased and the unhappiness from city size decreased.

Well, if people weren't aware there is a way to test this theory. So today I will be starting a game geared towards traditional optimal ICS strategy with Ghandi to see how it goes. Settings will be as follows:

Difficulty - Emperor
Map - Continents, Standard.
Leader - Ghandi.

Everything else standard.

Basically the plan will be filling out liberty to get mediocrity with a small city base of around 5-6 cities. Slingshot to Industrial Era, Fill out Order to get the +5 Production. Start expanding rapidly, and use the next (probably only) policy I get for the first of Rationalism. Standard ICS.

First Chapter to be posted by tomorrow!

Hah hah, awesome. Yeah.. Freudian Slip? Anyway. This has been done.. and it works.. well. So I'm focussing on another game. Ciao.
