Inexplicable crashes

Hi! I hope someone can help me with the following problem:
On Windows 7 64-bit I have random, sudden crashes for no particular reason. I am playing with the RevDCM mod, but well, 2 months ago it never crashed. Seriously never. The worst part is that this crash is 'a fixed point in time': after reloading the (auto)save it crashes on the same moment. It's always between turn switches I believe, but never when one certain thing happens - they're truly random. As I said, they started around 2 months ago, before that it has always been fine. Is there some Win7 64bit update that is said to interflict with Civ4?

As this is recommended if you install "custom" mods (like BUG and RevDCM) downloaded from the here or elsewhere.

Yeah, that's one of the things I tried out to fix the problem, but it didn't help unfortunately.
