Informational: Should our cities build Temples or Libraries for culture?

We've got the GL, and now have the opportunity to begin building the infrastructure of our cities. The original discussion has petered out, I'd like to find out what the citizens of Fanatikos think on this issue. The construction of any infrastructure must, of course, be balanced with the other needs of Fanatikos.

A) Build Libraries first
B) Build Temples first
C) Abstain

Yes, I'm aware of the culture point per shield argument. If culture were the only reason to build either of these buildings, then library would be my choice too. But we have 1 lux and it looks like it will be a long road to getting any more.

This point is pretty moot, as 4 of our 5 cities already have Libraries. If this poll is meant to coerce Governor Provolution into springing for a Library first, then I say that is good sense. Priapos isn't that large of a city and doesn't need a Temple yet. But the Library culture will give it quicker access to some nice outer bonuses.

But whos says we can't have both? One of the keys to our growth is happiness, so I would like to cities start building Temples once they can produce 6-8 shields/pt. Let the Fanatik culture reign!

No offense, DZ, but the big thing I'd like to see this done is push you into starting a nice discussion about our infrastructure goals. Please? Pretty please? We're getting all kinds of new options - lets plan for troops, infrastructure and wonders. We have 5 cities, planning is essential!

From what I can tell from my limited exposure to the variant, what you do in a 5CC(+) is build almost every building in every city -- and finish that task really early.
