When Civ 4 is loading up as soon as it says Init audio a static sound plays loudly through my speakers non stop. My speakers are brand new so they are not blown in fact all my hardware is fine and my drivers are up to date. This problem only occurs during civ 4 startup all other programs and games work just fine no problems. Could someone give me an idea of what the problem is?
