initialLand,Population,Wonders, and Tech values for game scoring

Hey, I am trying to write an article on the scoring system in BTS, and I need the following values from the SDK. I don't even know which file would contain such values?

Assuming gc = CyGlobalContext(),

Then what is gc.getGame().getInitPopulation(), gc.getGame().getInitLand(), gc.getGame().getInitTech(), and gc.getGame().getInitWonders()?
