Insane Trait combos

helped me a lot speed up my culture win

Eh, I hate culture wins. I'd rather chase tower, altar or domination with a set of traits ill-suited to those types than chase culture with a trait combo that fits it well.

Not everyone will feel that way about culture, but almost everyone probably feels that way about some sort of win, and there would be traits that they'd find just as useless as I find phi and ind, because they fit a playstyle that they don't like.

What I'm getting at is, you'll have a playstyle, there will be traits that do not fit it, and there will be a chance of Insane saddling you with them, and having 3 of such traits is going to make you wish you instead had traits that you actually like to use, even if only 2 of them. (That, and the whole point about some traits being weaker by design)
