Install demo on 2nd computer

I downloaded the demo to test out Civ5 on my laptop, and now want to see if it works on my desktop - am I able to drag the files over and install it, or do I have to download it again? We have internet caps here in NZ, so don't want to blow it all on a second download...

You can take the whole steam folder and copy it over, but you will still have to go online to validate the demo/your account/WhateverNotSure, but this will take up less bandwith than downloading the demo.

The Steam folder is only 130mb. Where is the 4gb it downloaded? This Steam carry-on is nonsense. So buying it on an old-school disc when I have the money...

The download should definitely be in one of the subfolders.
Please check if there is a Civ5 folder somewhere in Steam\steamapps (or similar).
