Installation Trouble

Okay I can install the game fine but it won't open when I try to play.
No matter how I try to open it nothing happens.
What's up???

Could you be a little more specific? Do you get any error messages? What exactly happens, nothing shows at all, or it opens and just goes to a black screen? What kind of OS (and service packs) are you running, what kind of hardware in your computer? Any other information that might be relevant would be helpful.
