How does Civilization 6 look while playing using Integrated Graphics on a newer CPU (i.e. I5-10600K)? I ask because I am hoping to build a new PC. I was going to go with Ryzen 5 5600x with RTX 3060 Ti. Since those things are very hard to find, I might go Intel and use integrated graphics until I can get a modern GPU. I might just wait out the year with my I5-750 & HD5780.

I guess it's a bit of a late answer, but still.
I'm playing Civ6 now on 10600K and it's integrated UHD 630 GPU. Must say, it runs pretty good on all low - some medium settings. Sure, you won't have all the bells and whistles, but you won't notice all that after some 20 minutes :) So, is it playable? Absolutely. Does it look the very best? No, but far from ugly. Totally fine by me.
And you can get a newer generation CPU like 11600 with Iris Xe 32 GPU, which is close to GTX 1030 according to early reviews. Or something from AMD like 4XXX series, which has Vega 8 GPU if I'm not mistaken. Quite good too and better than UHD 630.
