Invisible overlay in Civ3QEdit

Recently I encountered a wierd problem: cities, mines, culture borders, irrigation and all other overlay pieces are invisible on the map. I cannot say after what it became like this, I didn't pay attention. But I am sure that it was time when it was ok. Overlay appear in game and in other editors but not in Civ3QEdit. Actually, they are placed but not displayed like on the picture:

Has anyone encountered the same problem? Any ideas for solution? Thanks.

Under "view" make sure "clean map" is unchecked.

Veeery sorry for this, I just accidently found a 8 years old thread with the very same "problem".
