I'm sorry, but those lands are already claimden maybe consider starting somewherevelse...

Fixed it. It was late last night and I got inconsistent. I think I fixed it all. Saw I could connect myself into Louisiana and then forgot it was claimed and then forgot where my own capitol was. I don't do well when tired.

Well. You managed to join a game that ended several months ago.

Not sure where to post this, but thought posting is this thread is as good as any.

If you want to post some thoughts and responses please do it in that thread. This IOT community really helped me take my mind of my serious RL issues.

Nation name: Indonesian Empire
Flag:
Indonesian_flag_printable.png

Color: White (if possible, otherwise )
Capital: Borneo
Provinces: Sumatra, Java
Description:
During the 13th century, Muslims have been trading with Indonesia and a reasonable number have ended up living in Indonesia, bringing their religion and culture with them. During the 15th century, Indonesia made contact with the main European powers though they never did more than trade. Over time, many people from both Europe, Asia and the Middle East have migrated to Indonesia creating a very diverse mix of people, cultures and religions.
For this reason whilst the main population of Indonesia is Javanese or Sudanese, they only make up about 50% of the population. Even then most people in the country are of mixed descent and do not really associate themselves with any ethnic group.
As there has been no real dominating ethnic group, over time the Indonesian people have begun priding intelligence, skill and athleticism. Whilst some may argue the government is now an oligarchy, it would be more correct to call it a technocracy where the leading members of each field (eg. Medicine, Science even some of the best athletes etc.) meet to discuss the country’s budget, spending and international policies.
As there is such a diverse group of peoples, there is no true dominating religion though the largest would be Buddhism with around 30% of the population followed by Taoism and Islam with 25% each.

Factions:
-Technocrats (The leading group of the country, composed of everyone in skilled professions. Mostly those who have completed tertiary levels of schooling, though the technocrats are open to people such as farmers if they are revolutionary or extremely skilled in their chosen profession. )
-Libertarians (Substantially smaller than the technocrats, though still the next largest group. They believe that everyone should have a say with how the government is run, not just the best and brightest of the country)
-Islamic Revolutionaries (Whilst not the most predominant religion in the country, they are one of the most vocal with their thoughts of change compared to Buddhist and Taoist people. They strive for a theocratic government, though as of now it is very unlikely to change)

So, I take it we're gonna restart this. In that case dips on a Netherlands based nation

I'm in as India :p

Catelonia. Again. :mischief:
